Mask fit testing ensures the personal protective equipment fits well enough to do its job and protect the worker from Hazardous Exposure, by assessing the degree of protection or seal of a given mask according to the acceptable standards of the manufacturer and legislative requirements. Respirator Mask Fit testing must be completed every two years or if you have lost or gained a substantial amount of weight.

Our clinic uses a TSI Porta count Pro Plus Respirator system, we use the latest technology with qualified technicians to ensure the integrity of the testing, we also carry a large supply of full face and half masks including North, Scott, 3M, MSA, and Draeger.

• Provide our technician with information on what mask(s) are issued by your employer
• No eating, drinking, or smoking 20 minutes before the test
• You must be clean-shaven and able to complete basic physical movement
• You will be required to complete a short medical form consenting to the fit test
